There seems to be an intended dialog box on the top of the screen, but no text.This also hinders me from proceeding to the next level not knowing what to do next.
In order to acquire the spin blade turret and progress with the story, I had to skip to the next level to proceed through the in-game menu.
In-Game Menu: Restart Checkpoint, Exit game
No text showing, just buttons that say Yes / No
